Professional qualifications relevant to the PhD project include:

 

Experience in protein expression and purification techniques for structural and functional studies.

Experience in cryo-EM sample preparation and/or protein crystallization, data collection, and analysis, including the use of relevant software.

 

Adapt existing and develop new scientific techniques and experimental protocols for analysis of membrane protein function, including cell-based and liposome-based techniques.

The University of Copenhagen will pay a salary of 28,300 DKK (approximately 3,770 EUR) with a pension (as of April 2023), with an average weekly working hour of 37 hours. The position is for a period of three years and is fixed-term.
