Institute of Ecumenical Education (Thinkers Corner) Enugu Admission Requirements

Candidates must possess SSCE/NECO/GCE O’Level or equivalent certificate with a pass in five subjects.

This requirement includes the English Language, with three credit passes in a single sitting or four credits across two sittings. Two of these credits must be related to the course the candidate wishes to study.

Candidates who possess a pass in English and Mathematics are qualified for admission into the institute program.

Additionally, TCII credit or merit in three subjects, two of which must be relevant to the candidate’s area of specialization, is required.

JAMB Requirement

Candidates applying to the Institute of Ecumenical Education through JAMB must at least score 100 in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) of the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

Application Process

Applicant must first make a payment of N5,000 for the admission form to the Institute of Ecumenical Education account at any of the following banks:

Proceed to the finance office with the teller to exchange it for an official school receipt and obtain an admission form.

Then proceed to the IEcE admission office for your registration, documentation, and other requirements.

How to Apply for IECE Post UTME Screening

Any candidate who scored 100 marks or more (for the NCE program) and 180 or above (for the Degree program) in the 2026 UTME is eligible to apply for admission in the ongoing process for the College’s NCE program.

The IECE Post-UTME application forms, as well as the Direct Entry application forms, can be obtained from the office of the Registrar in the Admissions and Statistics Division of the College’s Registry Department.
