To use online payment, you have 2 possible options: 

When registering

1. C ochez the corresponding box when entering your registration information.
2. S ollow the 4 simple steps to complete your payment record opening fee.

By accessing the “ My training ” tab

1. Select the ” My training ” tab located at the top of your file screen on  MY PARTICIPANT AREA .
2. Select your training using the pencil and click on the “Make a payment” button.
3. Then select “Pay file opening fees only” and click “$ Pay”.
4. Follow the 4 easy steps to pay your credit card opening fees.

You will then receive an automatic acknowledgment from MY PARTICIPANT SPACE which will inform you of the availability  of your registration package. 

A few steps are enough:

1. If you haven’t already, take a few minutes to create a free Paypal account. Visit  www.paypal.com ;
2. Once your account is created, follow the few easy steps to link your bank account or credit card to your Paypal account.
3. Here is the address to use for the transfer:  transactionsfinances@enap.ca
4. In order to help us to link your payment and your file, please indicate in the Transaction details  box  your identifier generated by My Participant Space  (EP300xxxx) as well as the  title of the training  for which you are making the payment;
5. Once the transfer has been made, please send us an email to inform us that your transfer has been made and indicating your name, the training for which you wish to register and any other relevant information relating to the transfer (e.g. the name of the Paypal account used, if different from yours). (Ex. My name is Mr. X and I have just paid, by Paypal, the CA $ 100 of file opening fees for my registration to the training? GAR 2023). 

• The official registration confirmation letter
• Your letter of support for your visa application
• The invoice for your training costs (except in the case of a full scholarship)
• Information allowing you to prepare your stay in Quebec.

Training costs

Training costs can be paid by online payment via your file on  MY PARTICIPANT AREA . To know the 4 steps to follow to use this payment method, click  HERE . 

You can also proceed to your payment by bank transfer. Your invoice for training costs will be accompanied by the Bank Identity Statement (RIB) from ENAP. We suggest that you present the RIB to your banker when paying the invoice.

Living expenses and other expenses to be expected

In addition to training costs, depending on the activity chosen, the participant in our training must bear other related costs.

Here is an estimate of the costs for participation in one of our training courses at ENAP de Québec in 2023. Everything is presented in Canadian dollars (CA $).

Airplane Transport

Count around $ 2,500, depending on the country of departure. For a more precise estimate, please contact your travel agency.

Taxi in Quebec

If you arrive at the airport, count around $ 50 for a trip to downtown Quebec. Adding a tip of a few dollars is recommended. Taxi fares vary depending on the duration and distance of the trip, so this amount will be lower if you arrive by train or bus since the station is located in the city center. The cost will also depend on the location of your accommodation.

Public transport

If you live further than a walking distance from ENAP, you can get around by public transport. The cost of a bus ride costs $ 3.50 per trip and a monthly pass costs $ 88.50.

Hosting

The cost of hosting varies greatly depending on the type of facility chosen. Thus, it is necessary to plan approximately, per day, between $ 80 CA (for accommodation of the apartment-hotel type) and $ 180 CA (for a conventional hotel).

During the summer, it is also possible to stay in a university residence at Laval University  (around $ 50 to $ 60 CAD per day for stays of less than 4 weeks).

Meal

Noon meals (lunch) will be offered to you during the training days.

Otherwise, you can expect between C $ 30 and C $ 50 per day if you cook yourself and between C $ 60 and C $ 75 if you eat out more often
