GO BACK TO THE BEGINNING!

 

“And saith unto him, EVERY MAN AT THE BEGINNING DOTH SET FORTH GOOD WINE; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now. (John 2:10 KJV).”

Many started the Christian race well but right now, they are no where to be found in God and in church. Their lives are a complete shadow of who they were in Christ. Some have fallen so badly, that they are no longer in the faith. Such even go as far as opposing the faith and persecuting those who have remained faithful citizens of the kingdom of God.

 

There are also false prophets and teachers of the Word who were mightily used by God in the past but right now they walk in heresy. They comfortably prophesy and teach error according to their flesh and lusts.

 

Today, there’s an outcry from heaven, saying, “GO BACK TO THE BEGINNING!”

 

Go back to the beginning when it was the good wine you set forth, not the worst.

 

Go back to the beginning when it was the undiluted Word of God that you preached, not the enticing words of men.

 

Go back to the beginning when obedience was better than sacrifice.

 

Go back to the beginning when doing the Word of God was better than teaching the Word of God.

 

Go back to the beginning when serving God was better than occupying positions and having titles.

 

Go back to the beginning when God was the ultimate Search, not career or ministry or marriage.

 

Go back to the beginning when intimacy with the Holy Spirit was valued more than craving for the anointing and power.

 

Go back to the beginning when the souls of men were valued more than church buildings.

 

Go back to the beginning when discipling men was more important than using them to promote self and ministry.

 

Go back to the beginning when fasting was more important than eating.

 

Go back to the beginning when giving was more important than receiving.

 

Go back to the beginning when studying the Word of God was better than watching movies and having pleasure.

 

Go back to the beginning when prayer was given more attention than sleeping and gisting.

 

Go back to the beginning when evangelism was preferred to comfort.

 

Go back to the beginning when the love of God superseded the love of money.

 

Go back to the beginning when the love of men superseded the love of self.

 

Go back to the beginning when the will of God prevailed over your personal plans and agendas.

 

Go back to the beginning! “In the beginning, GOD…(Genesis 1:1).”
