The administration of Zambia Catholic University (ZCU) has officially unveiled the fee arrangement for both undergraduate and postgraduate students for the academic year 2023/2024.

1. Registration necessitates the payment of fees.

2. All fees designated for the university must be remitted to the ZCU Directorate Account or by issuing a cheque to the same account.

3. Fees intended to cover student welfare and research-related expenses should be submitted directly to the student.

4. In cases where a student withdraws from their studies, it’s important to be aware that full refunds of tuition and other fees might not be possible.

Note: All deposit slips must be presented to the University Finance Office for a receipt.

Sponsors/parents are encouraged to make small part payments before registration to reduce the burden of a lump-sum payment during registration.
