Fee Payment Policy
- Currency: US Dollars
- Payment Options:
- Option 1: Full payment of fees before Registration
- Option 2: Payment by installment
- 50% before Registration
- 80% before Mid Semester Examinations
- 100% before Final Examinations
- Students may stay Off-Campus only upon permission by the Dean of Student Life and Services.
- Rebates/Discounts given by the Office of Student Financial Services:
- 5% waiver for full payment of fees before reopening (Proof of payment to be submitted to Finance Office).
- Parents/guardians with more than one ward receive 5% waiver for each additional ward
- Nursing students can register 21 credits without additional charges
- Students who register less than 12 credits may be given special discounts
- Other Mandatory Charges for only FRESH Students:
- Admission and Orientation fee is USD 00
- Medical Examination fee is USD 00
- Other Mandatory Charges for All Students:
- SRC dues is USD 00
- Offsite Learning fee of USD 00 shall be paid by students on other campuses and centers (i.e., Techiman, Kumasi, Tamale, and Takoradi)
- Other Optional Charges:
- Students who register more than 18 credits (21 credits for Nursing Students) will pay USD 70 per each extra credit
- Late Registration attracts a penalty of USD 00
