Mizzou Tuition Financial Aid

Students’ tuition at Mizzou will vary depending on their chosen degree program, housing preference, course fees, and personal requirements.

Mizzou Tuition Scholarship

The Biden-Harris Administration and Federal Student Aid have proposed loan forgiveness policies with maximums of $20,000 for former Pell Grant recipients and $10,000 for all other loan types.

The yearly income of the borrower must be less than $125,000 for individuals and $250,000 for married couples/heads of household in order to qualify.

Mizzou Tuition Work Study

They employ students at the University of Missouri through both normal part-time jobs and the federal work-study program. Typical workweek lengths range from 5 to 10 hours and pay depends on the position and level of expertise.

Direct deposit is used to pay student workers into their bank accounts. They do not add these funds to the student’s MU account, nor are they showed as awaiting aid on the billing statement.

Federal Work-Study is initially awarded to qualified students through the MU Office of Student Financial Aid.

Students who meet the following requirements are eligible for this opportunity: Show financial need; completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) before the Mizzou priority deadline; stated a desire for part-time employment on the FAFSA; and are enrolled at least half-time.
