Harvard University Tuition Financial Aid
Financial help is solely based on need, considering a variety of elements like your family’s income, assets, size, and special costs. We don’t have any preferential practices that provide certain students more desirable honors than others, and there are no merit-based awards.
When you fulfill the requirements for financial help from Harvard, we put up a customized aid package to cover all of your shown need. Although we never ask you to take out loans, interested families can also apply for parent and student loans.

Harvard University Tuition Work-Study

Over 2,000 individual endowment and gift funds, including a game-changing $150 million contribution from Ken Griffin ‘kind alumni and donors has created 89 for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences Scholarship program. We use the data that students give us throughout the summer to send yearly reports to many of these sponsors.
Harvard University Tuition Grant
You can be qualified for a Federal Pell Grant or a Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG) if you are a citizen or permanent resident of the United States . Information you include in your Free Application for Federal Student Aid will determine your eligibility (FAFSA).
Based on financial need, the federal government grants Pell Grants and SEOG, which are handled by our office. You will get a Student Aid Report confirming your eligibility for a Pell Grant within 10 days of submitting your FAFSA. Approximately 17% of Harvard College students get Pell Grants annually.
If you live in Massachusetts, you could be qualified for a need-based state Gilbert Grant.
