COMPASSION
Compassion is a sympathetic pity and concern for the sufferings or misfortunes of others.
Compassion is simply the wish to see others free from suffering, together with a desire to alleviate it.
It’s simply caring about another person’s happiness as if it were your own.
Having compassion can be difficult in a world where we are daily bombarded with bad news, but not impossible.
It has gone to the extent that we can become desensitized to the sufferings of people.
People nowadays are more eager to take photos and videos of people suffering than to help them at that particular moment.
The nature of humanity is to feel someone’s pain and ACT to take it away.
We are all on a journey called “life” & we are all aspiring to make it to the end but into that journey, we become a little broken and shattered inside.
Everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle; a real life battle!
Life is hard!
It takes nothing for you to be kind;Just a little compassion!
It’s as little as giving food to the less privileged, paying someone’s school fees, lending a helping hand to someone in need, taking an accident victim to hospital, praying for someone in distress,even saying kind words to people on social media!
Let’s reconnect to what makes us human.
Let’s put “kind” back into humankind
