How to Apply on the UHAS Admission Portal 

To begin your application process for admission to the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS), please follow the steps outlined below:

To obtain the UHAS E-Voucher, you can choose from the following options:

For Domestic Applicants:

1. Visit any of the following banks: GCB Bank Limited (GCB), Agricultural Development Bank (ADB), Zenith Bank Limited (Dial: 9663*1711#), or ARB Apex Bank.

2. Alternatively, you can purchase the E-Voucher from Ghana Post Offices, which includes the nearest Post Office to you.

3. The cost of the UHAS E-Voucher for domestic applicants is GH¢220.00.

For Foreign Applicants:

1. If you are an international applicant, you can purchase the UHAS E-Voucher at any Ecobank Limited branch outside Ghana in foreign currency.

2. The comparable fee for the UHAS E-Voucher for international applicants is USD 130.00, which is non-refundable.

Application Process

Once you have obtained the UHAS E-Voucher, you can proceed with the application process by following the steps below:

1. Visit the UHAS Admission Portal by going to the official UHAS website.

2. Select the form type, enter the serial number, and pin it on the purchase voucher card. For foreign applicants, click on the Foreign Student tab in red.

3. Fill out the online application form, ensuring that all the required information is provided accurately.

4. As part of the application process, you will be required to upload a passport-sized photograph with a white background (not exceeding 400KB).

5. After completing the online form, review the information entered to ensure its accuracy.

6. Print three (3) copies of the preview page, which serves as the application summary.

7. Submit your application online.

Submission of Application Documents (Domestic Applicants)

For domestic applicants, follow these additional steps after submitting your application online:

1. Print out three copies of the application summary (preview page).

2. Attach two copies of each result slip if you are an Access, Sandwich, or equivalent applicant.

3. If you are applying for an Access Course, Sandwich, MPhil, MPH, or Ph.D. program, attach your transcripts and certificates.

4. Visit the closest Ghana Post office to purchase UHAS EMS envelopes, which include one big-size envelope and one quarto-size self-addressed envelope.

5. Place the application documents, result slips, and other required materials in the big UHAS EMS envelope.

6. Submit the envelope to the nearest Ghana Post office.

Submission of Application Documents (Foreign Applicants)

For foreign applicants, follow these additional steps after submitting your application online:

1. Scan the application summary, pay-in slip, and certificates/result slips into a single PDF or Word document.

2. Send the scanned document as an attachment to the school’s email.

3. Please note that international applicants must provide proof of payment of the application fee for their application to be processed.
