This place is an entire continent, and it is the fifth largest continent in the world. Antarctica is more than twice the size of Australia and almost twice the size of Europe, and yes! According to Wikipedia, no rainfall has happened here for the past two million years. About 98% of Antarctica is covered with very thick sheets of ice of about 1.6km thick. Antarctica contains 90% if the world’s ice.
