The importance of exercise.
EXERCISE DAILY
I personally never gave myself a chance to
exercise in the past.
I believed exercise was made for plumpy
people and since I’m slim, I decided to
knock it off my thinking to avoid losing.
But sooner, I discovered my body would
ache after little or no work. I kept telling
anyone around at that particular time to
massage me.
It became so frequent that they started to
dodge me and no one was willing to help
me again.
I got the same advice from 2 different
people about exercise and I finally decided
to give it a try.
I started exercising and before long, I
rarely felt pain in my body again.
As much as you can, please, do not ignore
exercising.
It reduces body stress
It burns out fat for the plumpy ones who want weight loss
It strengthens the muscle
It makes your body lighter.
It prevents body pain by all means.
It enhances the body.
Don’t ignore exercise.
It’s good for your health.
