The Importance of Digestion

GIVE AT LEAST 5 MINUTES FOR DIGESTION.

On a fateful day, I was rushing to work but determined to take breakfast first.

I saw the time was far spent but I was not ready to take any edible stuff along with me, 

so I decided to rush my breakfast which was tea and bread.

I ate the bread together with the tea and I didn’t even wait for 1 sec before I stood up instantly, took my bag, and left for work.

2minute on my way, I started feeling an unusual headache and also felt like vomiting.

I kept going though, ignoring this symptom.

I got to work and did all I was supposed to before settling down for the day.

3hours later, I began to feel an unusual cold thinking it was a joke. 

But as more hours passed, I became down.

I couldn’t cope anymore as I was weak.

I had to leave work earlier than usual and 

that was the beginning of my illness.

Not letting your food digest before doing anything or lying down can be very hazardous.

Some people have met their premature death because of that.

After eating, wait for proper digestion and you are good to go.
