Summit University Cut-Off Mark
Summit University, Offa, has officially released its Cut Off Mark for the 2024/2025 academic session.
The university’s management has set its minimum JAMB cut-off mark in accordance with JAMB’s directive and the general cut-off mark for universities in Nigeria.
For the 2024/2025 academic session, JAMB has fixed the general cut-off mark for all universities at 160.
However, universities have the flexibility to set their minimum admission cut-off marks, provided they do not go below the mark established by JAMB. In line with this, Summit University has set its cut-off mark at 160.
This means that candidates aspiring to gain admission to Summit University must have scored at least 160 and above in their JAMB UTME to be eligible to purchase the university’s Post UTME form and apply for admission into their chosen courses.
Summit University adheres to JAMB’s guidelines and ensures that deserving candidates who meet the cut-off mark and pass the Post UTME test are offered admission.
Choosing Summit University as your first choice of institution during your UTME registration is a crucial step in the admission process.
The university gives priority to candidates who select Summit University as their first choice before considering other choices, if necessary.
Additionally, candidates with higher JAMB scores have an advantage in the admission process.
While all candidates who score 160 and above are given equal opportunities to sit for the Post UTME, those with higher JAMB scores tend to score higher overall due to the weightage of UTME scores in the calculation of their aggregate cut-off marks.
