1. Stomach Upset.
Our body has a way of communicating to us about its condition. If you experience constant bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhea and heartburn, it may be a sign that your stomach is dirty. Because a dirty stomach usually experiences difficulty in waste removal and food processing.

You will agree with me how difficult it is to sleep if you have an upset stomach. This is because most of the body’s serotonin (a hormone that helps to improve mood and sleep) is produced in the gut, which means that stomach issues tend to affect your sleep.
5. Food Intolerance.
This is caused by difficulty in digesting certain foods in the stomach. Those who suffer from food intolerance usually experiences negative reactions when they eat a particular type of food. Although food allergy is natural in most people, but in some cases, it can be a symptom of a dirty stomach.
