• The Pope makes the declaration during a special mass in honour of the new saint. A formal request for an individual to be considered for sainthood is submitted to a special Vatican tribunal.

Is Saint A Good or Bad Character?

Saints are not believed to have power of their own, but only that granted by God to someone.

Relics of saints are respected, or “venerated”, similar to the veneration of holy images and icons. … Once a person has been canonized, the deceased body of the saint is considered holy as a relic.

Why are people called to be saints?

Before a person is honored as a saint, investigations are made to prove that the candidate lived a life of heroic virtues.

Considered venerable, a miracle is required to prove that he/she has the power to intercede with God, and he/she is called blessed.

This made me to recollect when I was in secondary school.

There is this girl we were both in “Art Class”.

She is too Godly.

She doesn’t roam about

She nearly play with girls not to talk of boys in the class.

If any of the guys try to play or touch her during break time or while playing, she will run over to any teacher close by to made a report, but then she used to report to the principal.

And the principal will punish who ever falls in to it.

During break time or lunch hour; she will just get her food at the food vendor and go back to her sit. If she doesn’t sleep, she will be busy reading. She is the best students in school then.

When writing examination or test, she doesn’t copy from any students, even if she did not know it, she prefer to fail than doing examination Malpractice, and she will not allow anyone to copy from her either.

She likes to be alone most of the times, and she hardly contribute to the class activities.
