RSUST Admission Requirements
To be considered for admission into River State University (RSU) through JAMB (UTME) for the 2024/2025 academic session, candidates must meet the following requirements:
1. You must choose RSUST as your first/most preferred choice
2. A minimum of 5 credits in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE/GCE) Ordinary Level Credits in English Language, Mathematics and three other subjects relating to the course you want to study in not more than two sittings.
3. Candidates must choose the correct JAMB subject combination for their intended course.
4. Candidates must score at least 180 in the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) UTME examination.
5. Candidates must be 16 years of age or above.
6. You must participate in RSUST POST UTME/SCREENING to be considered for admission for the year.
RSUST Requirements For Direct Entry
Below are the requirements for candidates who wish to gain admission into River State University of Science and Technology (RSUST through Direct Entry:
1. Direct entry candidates must purchase the RSUST Direct Entry form through the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) And RSU Portal.
2. A minimum of 5 credits in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE/GCE) Ordinary Level Credits in English Language, Mathematics, and three other subjects relating to the course you want to study in not more than two sittings.
3. Candidates must have A-level/IJMB passes in two subjects related to their courses.
4. JUPEB/A Level passes in Related subjects.
5. Degree (First Class/Second Class Upper) in related fields for your course of choice.
6. A minimum Merit Pass in the National Certificate of Education (NCE), National Diploma (ND) and other Advanced Level Certificates.
