And relaxation means to relax.

I have come across people that work, work and work all day, throughout the week, and never make out time to relax. 

 

Neglecting the fact that without good health, the work can not be done.

 

Relaxation can entail going out with friends, watching television, stretching yourself, resting.

 

Some workaholics think that everything is just about work and making money.

Some people work out themselves, and leave their body depreciating.

Relaxation is very good for health and it helps one think well.

 

During this period, fresh ideas can come into your head on how to go about some things.

 

An idea that on a normal note, you wouldn’t think of will just strike your mind while relaxing.

 

Anne Lamott said, “almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes including you.”

 

So, relaxation is very essential.
