Responsibilities:

Speaking directly with customer, you will be responsible for processing requests/orders for voice, data, and special circuits with the intent to request, assist, and provide guidance for installation, disconnects and modifications to communication services and capability. High level responsibilities include:

• Carry out tasks and activities such as monitoring and provisioning of voice and data services ensuring the successful service delivery.
• Schedule and manage the installation and turn-up of connectivity including support to field technicians onsite.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather information required to support different types of projects
• Identify potential issues and proactively escalate internally to prevent delivery delays.
• Provide updates to the customer in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare work orders and documentations necessary for provisioning and install of service
• Verify provisioning details and service connectivity after service delivery

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in IT/Computer related course. 2023 Graduates are welcome to apply!
• Experience gained from the Telecommunication OR Information Technology industry either from internship (OJT) or actual work is an advantage.
• Must know concept of network (LAN, WAN) and VoIP (CISCO knowledge is preferred but not a necessity).
• Active interest in learning and maintaining technical skills & knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work within the team
