The Role

As a Sourcing Officer, you will be responsible for planning and implementing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline and attract the best talents for the company’s hiring requirements

How you’ll contribute

  •  Design and recommend strategic solutions through different sourcing channels to fulfill existing business requirements within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Build and maintain a strong and effective candidate pipeline for key talents potentially available for an immediate hiring and/or for anticipated vacancies through Direct Sourcing
  • Calibrates with Talent Acquisition Partners in conceptualizing and implementing strategies to support hiring needs of assigned segment/unit
  • Regularly analyze sourcing data and prepare sourcing related reports to come up with recommendations and strategies to improve hiring operations
  • Collaborates with Digital Marketing Team in creating and executing various social media and online campaigns to generate leads and to attract qualified applicants
  • Effectively executes assigned special projects and initiatives (i.e., HIRE Program, Internship Program, etc.)

What we’re looking for

  • With at least 3 years of experience in the talent acquisition process and various sourcing strategies
  • Knowledge in Digital and Talent Marketing
  • Ability to drive innovation and creative sourcing initiatives
  • Good interpersonal skills and have effective engagement and interaction with different stakeholders (candidates, colleagues, support groups, business units, management, etc.)
  • Above average communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle and manage multiple priorities
