Job Duties and Responsibilities

You’ll handle the check-in and check-out of guest on arrival and departure respectively
You’ll ensure the work area is kept clean and tidy always
You’ll foster the delivery of excellent guest services and foster customer satisfaction
You’ll be responsible for the effective resolving and handling of guests queries and concerns
