Megaworld Scholarship Application Form 2023-2023 In Philippines
The Megaworld Foundation is offering a fully funded scholarship to all Filipinos who meet all the requirements and eligibility for the scholarship.
It is a scholarship program offered by Megaworld Foundation for 1st year to 3rd year college students who received a score of at least 70% on the Mapua Scholastic Aptitude Exam.
It is not advisable to combine this scholarship program with those offered by other organizations. Students who qualify for the grant will also get a 3,125 peso allowance per term in addition to the full tuition fee discount.
What Is Megaworld Scholarship Foundation
Megaworld is based on the idea that a business exists to help people. Megaworld thinks it’s important to not only do well, but also do good things in the community we live in. This belief is what keeps us giving back to society through the Megaworld Foundation, the social and civic arm of the company.
Our foundation has been around for 15 years as of 2015. As a young foundation, we’re proud of the small things we’ve done to help with education, health, the environment, empowering people, and other good things. The 3rd Asian Excellence Awards Special of Corporate Governance Asia gave us the Best CSR award for the work we did in corporate social responsibility.
Requirements for Megaworld Foundation Scholarship 2023
Requirements for Incoming Freshmen:
Final report from senior year of high school with an average of at least 85% or the equivalent, and at least 80% in each subject.
A passing score on a college entrance exam, an acceptance letter, or a certificate of enrollment.
A certificate showing that you were in the top 10% of your graduating class (if available)
Requirements for incoming sophomores or juniors
All grade reports from previous semesters to the current semester with a GPA of at least 85% or its equivalent and at least an 80% grade in all subjects.
A full-load registration/assessment form with a class schedule
The most complete and up-to-date course outline.
General Requirements
Income Tax Return (ITR) with a gross annual income of less than Php 300,000.00 (original copy) or BIR Tax Exemption Certificate of Father and Mother and Affidavit of Not Filing Income Tax Return.
Certificate of birth
Letter of support from the school or college (if available)
Bills for things like rent, power, water, phone, internet, etc.
2 pcs. – 2X2 I.D. pictures
2 pcs. – 1X1 I.D. pictures
A picture of the applicant with their family or guardian
*Once the above requirements have been met, the applicant will be asked to fill out certain forms and take tests and interviews to find out if they are qualified.
