Causes Of Lower Back Pain.

Spinal stenosis

When the spinal column narrows, it puts pressure on the spinal cord and nerves, causing spinal stenosis. Degeneration of the discs between the vertebrae is the most common cause of spinal stenosis. Signs and symptoms of pressure on the spinal nerves might appear anywhere on the body. While walking or standing, many people with spinal stenosis realize that the symptoms worsen.

Sciatica

Disc injury

  6. Sit on supportive chairs that are at the correct height.
