KWARAPOLY Admission Requirements
Applicant must have 5 O’level (WAEC/NECO) credits, including English and mathematics at least 2 sittings.
Prospective candidates need to pass the UTME conducted by JAMB with the general cut-off mark set by the school.
For direct entry, applicants must possess a National Diploma certificate from a recognized institution with at least a lower credit grade and have completed a 1-year post-ND industrial attachment.
They should meet the entry-level requirements, which entail having at least 5 credits in their O’level results obtained in not more than 2 sittings, in relevant subjects.
Method of Application

1. All applicants must pay a processing fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000.00), excluding bank and other transaction charges. However, applicants for IJMB will only pay N5,500.00.
2. All application payments must be made through ‘College Pay’ using your Debit Card, MasterCard, or Prepaid Card.
3. It is compulsory for all HND applicants to upload their ND and O’Level Results.
4. All HND applicants must forward their academic transcripts to the Registrar, Kwara State Polytechnic before their admission can be processed.
5. All ND (PT) applicants are expected to upload their O’Level Results online.
6. IJMB applicants who need to improve their English Language and Mathematics can do so through our Ordinary Level Programs.
7. Applicants sitting for the 2024 November/December Ordinary Level Examinations are not eligible for admission at the institute.
8. Applicants awaiting their Ordinary Level results should NOT apply.
