KNUST Admissions Requirements
To be considered for KNUST admission, you must meet the following requirements:
1. Senior High School Certificate Examination (WASSCE/SSSCE)
2. General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary and Advanced Level examinations
3. International Baccalaureate (IB) examinations
4. American High School Grade 12 examinations

How to Apply for KNUST Admissions
Here are the steps to apply for KNUST admission:
1. Visit the KNUST website and create an account.
2. Select “Apply Online” after logging into your account.
3. Enter your login ID and pin on the e-voucher when prompted.
4. Fill in the online application form with accurate information.
5. Upload all required documents, including your passport photograph, academic transcripts, and certificates.
6. Use the online payment method to pay the application cost.
7. Review your application form to ensure that all information is accurate.
8. Submit your application.
Note
1. Ghanaian applicants must pay GH 250.00 for application processing while foreign applicants pay $15.00.
2. Ghanaian applicants must purchase the e-voucher from the Ghana Post Offices or phone *447*160# on all networks and follow the instructions.
3. The applicant must submit the online application and other necessary documents in TWO (2) copies.
4. Foreign applicants must generate an e-voucher from the university’s admission portal and follow the instructions.
5. All applications must be sent to the deputy registrar who is also in charge of academic affairs, KNUST, KUMASI, GHANA, by post (EMS/DHL/UPS/FedEx). On or before Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2023.
6. The deadline for the mature applicants by Friday, September 29, 2023, and they should submit their application before the said date.
7. Any application that is HAND DELIVERED will not be processed.
8. Any applications that are incomplete or incorrect when submitted will not be processed or looked into.
What to Do if You Lose Your KNUST Admissions Scratch Card Pin
1. Visit the KNUST website
2. Select “Apply Online” after logging into your account.
3. Click on the “Lost Your Pin”
4. You will then be directed to another page where to enter your applicant ID.
5. Enter your Applicant ID in the required column.
6. Then click on request.
7. Wait for a new pin.
