What can I expect in my first year as an NSS officer/agent?

As an NSS officer/agent you will undergo training at the NSS Academy which includes physical fitness and combat skills. You will also be given on-the-job training by your senior officers. You will be expected to work hard and get results for your country. Your first few years may entail solitary work where you might not have much contact with other agents, but as time goes by you will develop professional relationships that can last a lifetime.

Who are my supervisors?

Your supervisors will be people who are appointed by your country’s governing body. You may have one supervisor if you work for a small agency and more than one if you work for a large agency. Your supervisors will be responsible for overseeing your work, giving you feedback on your performance and making sure that you’re following all of the rules set forth by your country.
