Too much sugar in the body shows that your body is at a greater risk of suffering different medical conditions. This is because when diabetes is not early treated it leads to other health issues such as heart disease and kidney disease. Low blood sugar also shows that you are not healthy. However, a moderate level of sugar in your blood shows that you are healthy.
