Honghai House Ghana Limited is seeking to recruit an Experienced Construction Sales Executive
Job Summary:
• Successful Candidate will be required to sell Prefabricated building and steel structures suitable for schools, churches, warehouses, production houses, site offices etc.
Job Responsibilities:
• Generating viable sales lead
• Doing product or project presentations
• Discussing and ensuring appropriate designs and competitive costing to clients
• Signing project deals and ensuring successful execution and handing over
• Responding to clients queries
Qualification Required & Experience
• Must have a fair understanding of the construction industry
• Understanding of prefabricated buildings and steel structures will be added advantage
• A reasonable experience in related field
• A minimum of HND in Marketing, Building Technology or related fields
Salary: Very Attractive salary plus good bonus on every sale
