A reputable fashion House in Accra requires the services of a presentable lady to act as a Front Desk representative.
JOB DESCRIPTION
She will undertake all receptionist and clerical duties. The Ideal candidate should have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very receptive and disciplined. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
Duties
• Greet and welcome guests
• Take customers through the order process
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Receive packages, letters etc. and distribute them
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material(pens, forms, paper etc)
• Monitor Office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Take up other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist or relevant position
• Proficient in English(Oral and written)
• Strong Communication and people skills
• Good phone skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer service orientation
• Knowledge of Ms Office(especially excel and word)
