1. Get an E-VOUCHER or Use Mobile Money Services
GIMPA provides two methods of payment for the application fee – using an E-VOUCHER or Mobile Money Services.
You can purchase an E-VOUCHER from any GIMPA campus or an approved bank. Alternatively, you can use mobile money services to pay the application fee.
Do so by dialing *924*200*16#to buy the GIMPA admission form and follow the instructions. This is the same code for undergraduate, diploma, post-degree law, graduate, and Ph.D. applicants.
2. Fill Out the Online Application Form
Once you have purchased the E-VOUCHER or paid via Mobile Money Services, proceed to the GIMPA website and fill out the online application form.
Ensure that all the required fields are completed accurately and attach any necessary documents.
3. Pick Up or Download Application Forms
If you want to apply, either go to the school to pick up the admission form or download it from the school’s website. Make sure to fill out the form completely and attach all necessary documents.
4. Submit the Forms to the Appropriate Secretariat
Send the application form to the relevant secretariat for processing after you’ve filled it out and attached all required paperwork.
The secretariat will verify your documents and send your application to the relevant admissions committee for review.
5. Wait for the Admissions Committees’ Response
After submitting your application, you’ll then wait for the admissions committee for an average of two weeks to respond to your admission application.
You will then receive a notification of the committee’s decision either by email or SMS.
How Much are the Admission Fees?
The GHC150 application fee and the GHC2,200 semester tuition are both for bachelor’s degrees. The application fee for a postgraduate degree is GHC 150.
And the tuition for each semester is GHC 2,500. Applicants to the master’s program must pay GHC200 in addition to GHC4,450 in tuition.
