1. Job Title: Information Security Officer

Role Summary

• The Information Security Officer will assist the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to monitor and enforce information security policies to protect the bank’s computing infrastructure, networks and data whilst maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Ensure protection of information assets.
• Implement key regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Review the security measures of networks, systems and applications to detect vulnerabilities.
• Remediate security incidents
• Provide guidance on information security topics, policies and controls.
• Participate in development and implementation of appropriate and effective mitigate identified threats and risks.
• Perform regular patch and access control management.
• Ensure that disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested regularly

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of a first Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Computer Engineering or in a related field.
• Membership of a recognized professional body will be an advantage.
• At least Five (5) years post qualification experience in a Banking environment.

Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of IT, process and control and strong understanding of risk and control frameworks such as (COBIT, ISO, NIST, ITIL, PCI).
• Proficiency with Anti-Virus, HIPS, NAC, MFA, IDPS, Network and Database Firewalls.
• In-depth knowledge of architecture, engineering and operations of at least one
• enterprise SIEM platform. Experience with vulnerability scanning solutions.
• Hands-on experience in analyzing high volumes of logs and network data in support of incident investigations.
• Understanding of mobile technology and OS (ie Android, iOS, Windows), SAN, Virtualization platforms.
• Knowledge of multiple operating systems and applicable system administration skills: Windows Server/Active Directory and Linux Programming or scripting background (Python, PowerShell, Shell/BASH, C#, C++, etc.) is a plus

2. Job Title: Database Administrator

Role Summary

• The role Database Administrator will be responsible for installing and providing support to the oracle databases and ensure their performance, availability and security.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Install and configure oracle database on production, backup and test servers. 2. Ensure high availability of the database and its communication with the T24 banking software for user connections.
• Work with OS & Network Management team to ensure that the associated hardware resources are allocated to the databases.
• Proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime.
• Responsible for providing trend analysis to help make decisions regarding resource management.
• Responsible for problem escalation to Oracle Support team and third partiesas appropriate through their helpdesk.
• Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the database by installing patches/upgrades.
• Support and maintain all the databases to ensure optimum performance.
• Responsible for performing restoration of backups. 10. Responsible for the recoverability of databases in case of emergency.
• Investigate and resolve critical helpdesk issues.
• Assist in carrying out home-keeping activities such as Close of Business.
• Support RCBs on Saturday Banking operations
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
• Oracle Certified Associate(OCA)
• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
• Eight (8) years’ experience in working as Database Administrator in a recognized institution
• Knowledge in other RDBMS like Oracle, MSSQL, Postgres and MySQL

Knowledge and Skills

• Experience with Linux/Unixs and Window operating systems
• Experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third party tools Experience in Setup, Configuration and Maintenance of Oracle RAC
• Fluency in SQL and PLSQL
• Knowledge in data backup, recovery, security and integrity
• Excellent problem-solving, communication skills and strong analytical mind
• Must have a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite

3. Job Title: Business Analyst

Role Summary

• To enhance operations of the bank and the RCBs by designing, developing and implementing business software solutions and providing support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Provide maintenance and support of business application systems of the bank to ensure timely roll out for use by RCBS.
• Train RCBs on business systems to ensure users can effectively run the systems.
• Liaise with consultants to roll out projects assigned to ensure they are completed on time and meet the Bank’s specifications
• Perform Close of Day activities to ensure the banking software is ready for use the next day and generate reports for submission to Applications Manager
• Resolve incidents logged in the SysAid and escalate unresolved issues to vendors to ensure they are addressed promptly.
• Provide support to users of software and applications used by the Bank/RCBS
• Apply patches and upgrade all business applications to correct errors and enhance the smooth use of the systems.
• Connect RCBs/Agencies to the Data Centre infrastructure in terms of setup configuration and implementation of business applications
