Other University of Arizona Scholarships, such as the Arizona Excellence Tuition Award, is open only to non-Arizona residents. These scholarships are based on the cumulative grade point average and the standardized test results of the incoming student.

UA Bridge Study Scholarship:

This scholarship is open to UA students enrolled in the UA Bridge program. Only students with an average of at least 3.0 will be considered for this prize. Students must have at least 36 credits that can be transferred from a community college, but their previous courses may not exceed 72 credits.

Foster Care to Success Education Award:

This scholarship was created to provide education for AZ residents housed in nursing homes. The University of Arizona Scholarships program covers all tuition, student fees and other expenses of the student. Students are required to reside in the United States and were admitted to care facilities at the age of 16.

Only students with assets under $ 10,000 can qualify for this award. In addition, students must be under 21 years of age and have their care status checked by AZ’s DCFY method.
