Broccoli

Avocado

Avocados are nutrient-dense and rich in calories due to their fatty characteristics. Obesity occurs when we consume too many calories. Eat 50 grams of avocados each day, which is approximately a third to half of an avocado, according to nutritionists.

Kombucha

Kombucha is an antioxidant and probiotic-rich fermented sweet tea. The drink became famous in the 1990s, although its origins date back to 220 BCE in China. Kombucha is becoming a popular cleansing drink and a nutritious superfood. However, since it is served raw and unpasteurized, Kombucha is not helpful to individuals with weak immune systems.

Green tea has many health advantages, but too much of it may produce severe side effects, especially owing to its high caffeine level.
